Selected to attend the 2014 Winterim Professional Intensive program.  Studied the classical orders, composition, proportion, drafting, observational drawing, and the literature of classical architecture

Hampton University Urban Design Studio | Toulon, France

Traveled across France with studio class and professor to study architecture and urban planning. Upon return, completed a six week intensive urban design studio focusing on creating traditional neighborhoods and communities

Worked on a number of projects in the healthcare and higher education sectors. Designed and detailed interior and exterior spaces, completed DD and CD sets, reviewed submittals, interacted with clients and focus groups, completed proposals and feasibility studies

FISHER ARCHitecture | Pittsburgh, PA

Worked with Eric Fisher AIA, LEED AP on projects in the Pittsburgh area.  Assisted with the completion of design proposals. Completed preliminary designs including massing studies, site configuration, and presentation drawings. Assisted with the completion of CAD details and drawings. Composed award winning projects for a prestigious Art Exhibition 

 

Graduate Engineer

City of Houston | Houston, TX

Worked with the city's Design & Construction Division of the General Service Department.  Assisted and produced design and construction documents for permits using Autocad, worked on a number of urban design projects within the city, provided furniture layouts and configurations, worked on proposals with city vendors, supported and interacted with project managers

 

Architectural Aide

Architect of the Capitol | Washington, D.C.

Worked alongside Architects on renovation projects for the historic buildings on Capital Hill including the rotunda in the U.S. Capitol Building, organized project meetings, organized and maintained key project records
